The second is that the Tandon family has been building businesses in Central India since 1994, three decades of work that taught the family the things that no balance sheet records: how relationships are kept, how reputations are earned, and how to keep a business useful to the community it serves. The Board is constituted of Ritu Tandon and Vishal Tandon as Directors and Promoters. Operational leadership is held by Ishita Tandon as Chief Executive Officer and Pradyumn Tandon as Chief Technical Officer. Two generations, one institution, accountable to each other.

Vishal Tandon founds and leads businesses in communications and technology across Central India, beginning in Ujjain. Over three decades, he builds the operating credibility, in commerce, in relationships, in standing, that becomes the foundation on which everything that follows is built.
Ritu Tandon and Vishal Tandon extend the family's interests into hospitality and services through investment participation, deepening the family's roots in Ujjain's commercial life and broadening the disciplines the next generation will inherit.
The third generation formalises the family's umbrella under a single, written governance. Ritu Tandon and Vishal Tandon constitute the Board as Directors and Promoters. Ishita Tandon joins as Chief Executive Officer; Pradyumn Tandon as Chief Technical Officer. Two operating verticals, Kanopus and Sileru, are constituted at incorporation.
VRIP7's governance is deliberately separated. The Board is constituted of the family's second generation, who own the company. Day-to-day operations are led by the third generation, who report to the Board. Both tiers are named, both are visible, and both are responsible.
