Cookie Policy
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, to provide a better user experience, and to give information to the website operators.
Cookies may be "session cookies" — temporary files deleted when you close your browser — or "persistent cookies" that remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Cookies set by the website operator are called "first-party cookies"; cookies set by other parties are called "third-party cookies."
Categories of Cookies We Use
Specific Cookies on Our Sites
The following table lists the cookies that may be set when you visit the Sites:
| Cookie Name | Type | Purpose | Expiry | Consent Required |
|---|---|---|---|---|
__session (if applicable) |
Session / First-party | Maintains session state where required by the hosting infrastructure | Session (deleted on browser close) | No |
| Google Fonts cache headers | Not a cookie — HTTP cache directive | Font delivery performance via Google Fonts CDN | Controlled by Google's cache headers | No — not a cookie; note Google's CDN receives your IP for font delivery |
| Analytics cookies (future) | Persistent / First- or third-party | Aggregate visitor statistics. Not yet deployed — will be disclosed here before activation | Up to 24 months | Yes — opt-in only via consent banner |
Third-Party Cookies
Beyond the Google Fonts CDN request described above, the Sites do not currently load third-party scripts that set cookies. If this changes — for example, if analytics services are integrated — we will update this Cookie Policy and seek your consent where required before any such cookies are set.
We do not currently use any of the following: Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Intercom, Drift, HubSpot tracking, or any advertising or retargeting technology.
Your Controls
You have several options for controlling cookies:
Browser Settings
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically configure your browser to:
- Block all cookies (note: this may prevent certain parts of the Sites from functioning correctly)
- Block only third-party cookies
- Delete cookies when you close the browser
- Set up alerts for when cookies are being set
For guidance on managing cookies in your specific browser, visit: allaboutcookies.org.
Do Not Track
Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature. The Sites currently have limited analytics and do not require a DNT response mechanism; however, we will respect DNT signals when analytics tools are deployed.
Consent Withdrawal
Where you have consented to optional cookies, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Instructions for doing so will be provided via the cookie preference centre that will be deployed when optional cookies are first used.
Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example when we add new cookies, integrate new services, or in response to changes in applicable law. The updated policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. We will deploy a consent mechanism on the Sites before activating any new cookies that require consent.
