Sileru is a trading name of VRIP7 Private Limited. VRIP7 Private Limited and its verticals are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as:

An investment adviser under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013
A portfolio manager under the SEBI (Portfolio Managers) Regulations, 2020
A collective investment management company under the SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999
A venture capital fund or alternative investment fund under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012
A stock broker, sub-broker, or depository participant under applicable SEBI regulations

Kanopus (Technology Consultancy): References to cybersecurity, defence technology, drone systems, or aerospace engineering describe research and technical consultancy activities only. Kanopus does not represent that it holds any sector-specific licence, registration, or regulatory approval (DGCA, DRDO, MoD, SCOMET authorisation, etc.) beyond those specifically stated and verified in published registrations. Defence and aerospace engagements are undertaken only where legally permitted under Indian law and subject to applicable licences and approvals, including SCOMET export control authorisations where required.
Sileru (Strategic Investing): As set out in § 3 above, Sileru operates solely with proprietary capital of VRIP7 Private Limited. It is not regulated as a financial services business.
Medical Equipment Distribution (Sileru vertical): Any reference to medical equipment distribution activities indicates that such activities are conducted in accordance with the Medical Devices Rules, 2017, as and when applicable licences (including wholesale licences under Form MD-13 or equivalent) are obtained. The Company does not represent that it holds any specific CDSCO licence beyond those actually held and verifiable from official sources.

The courts at Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising in connection with this Disclaimer or the use of the Sites.
